Manufacturing Processes

We operate the following processes in-house:

• Forging — open-die and closed-die for flanges, blanks, custom items up to 50 tons
• Forging & pressing — for non-standard and large-diameter forgings
• Mid-frequency pushing — for elbows and bends (mass production)
• Hot extrusion — for elbows, tees, and concentric / eccentric reducers
• Cold forming — for thin-wall and small-bore items
• Machining — CNC lathes, milling, drilling for flanges and end-prep
• Heat treatment — normalising, normalising+tempering, quench+tempering, solution annealing, PWHT
• Submerged arc welding — for welded fittings (longitudinal seams in welded elbows)

Buttweld Fittings (ASME B16.9 / MSS SP-75 / EN 10253)

Materials: A234 (WPB / WPC / WP1 / WP11 / WP12 / WP22 / WP91), A403 (WP304L / WP316L / WP321 / WP347), A420 (WPL3 / WPL6 / WPL8 / WPL9), A860 (WPHY 42-70).

Flanges (ASME B16.5 / B16.47 / EN 1092-1 / JIS B2220)

• Welding neck (WN), slip-on (SO), socket weld (SW), threaded, lap joint, blind, orifice
• Pressure ratings: Class 150 / 300 / 600 / 900 / 1500 / 2500
• Sizes: NPS ½ to 60+

Materials: A105 / A350 LF2 / LF3 / LF6, A182 (F11 / F22 / F91 / F304 / F316L), A694 (F42-F70).
